Brief & Targets
You share your category, rough idea, target retail price, margin goals, and timing. WTDA responds with feasibility, risks, and a proposed path tailored to your business.
Design & Options
The Design Lab develops design directions and options that fit your store, brand, and numbers. You select which directions to move into sampling based on taste and commercial priorities.
Samples & Tooling
WTDA manages 3D revisions, physical samples, and tooling decisions directly with factories. We work through iterations until you are comfortable placing orders at your target price and quality level.
Production & Follow-Through
WTDA coordinates key production details, basic quality checkpoints, and delivery timing. You stay informed without needing to chase multiple suppliers in different time zones.
